Odd Investment Group was founded in July 2026 by Yusef Mohomed and Michael Jackson as a partnership of members who pool their capital and their conviction. Every investment is approved by the Partners, recorded in the books, and held to a single standard of stewardship.
The Partnership exists to invest in approved ventures, support the company the Partners are establishing together, and keep every account open to the people who own it. Nothing hidden, nothing rushed.
Approved Investments
Partnership assets are invested only in opportunities approved by the Partners — every position recorded, every decision documented in the official minutes.
Business Ventures
The chapter supports the launch and disciplined growth of the company the Partners are establishing together. Every venture, brand, and initiative the Partnership approves falls under the ODD INVESTMENT GROUP name and main logo.
Pooled Capital
Members make monthly contributions credited to individual capital accounts — shared ownership, recorded in the Partnership's books.
Chapter Independence
The California Chapter maintains its own records, capital accounts, and assets, and cooperates with other chapters under terms the Partners approve.
Odd Investment Group is the parent and foundation. Every venture below is a partner and member of the Group — built, owned, and stewarded under the OIG name.
Work Overtime Trans
A transportation and delivery company headquartered in Eagle Grove, Iowa, serving North Central Iowa seven days a week. Founded and led by Michael Jackson, WOT brings the human element back to transportation — built on relationships, not transactions.
Passenger Transport
Local and regional rides in a branded 14-seat van.
Delivery Services
Parcels, documents, and small freight.
Specialized Logistics
Event transport, institutional contracts, custom delivery.
In the community: discounted rides for seniors and veterans, support for local events, and donated time and service to shelters, food banks, and educational programs.

A security and roadside-assistance company operating under the OIG name — protecting people, property, and vehicles with the same discipline the Group brings to every venture.

A partnership governed by its own charter.
Membership
New Partners join by invitation, extended when the existing membership unanimously welcomes them into the Partnership.
Contributions
Each Partner makes monthly contributions to the Partnership, credited to their own capital account.
Shared Returns
Net profits and losses flow to the Partners in proportion to the value of their capital accounts.
Governance
The Partnership is governed by its charter. Decisions are made by the Partners and documented in the official minutes.
Stewardship
Partnership funds, name, and credit are used only for approved Partnership purposes, and non-public Partnership information stays confidential.
Open Books
Complete books of account are kept and open to every Partner, with a full accounting delivered at the Annual Meeting.
